Whimsy’s popular mindful eating event is coming back for second helpings…
If you “love” ice cream you won’t want to miss this chance to prove it! This event is perfect for those new to, and curious about mindfulness, as well as those who are looking to build past mindful eating experiences into a practice. Join us for a tasty chat as we get to know each other and sample three flavors of ice cream (any flavor of your choosing!) Local Registered Dietitian Jen Jasmin will review the basics of what mindful eating is, and isn’t, as we build community around reducing guilt and increasing the joy we feel while eating delicious treats. We’ll also work on deepening our understanding of why we choose the flavors we choose, and how much ice cream satisfies our bodies and souls.
