Salem 400+ Heritage Days Parade

The Salem 400+ Heritage Days Parade is a flagship event of Salem’s quadricentennial commemoration, celebrating over 400 years of Salem’s diverse history, cultural heritage, and community spirit. Organized in partnership with the City of Salem, Salem Maritime National Historical Park, and Salem State University, in collaboration with the Salem 400+ Heritage Days Parade Planning Committee, and the Salem 400+ Working Group, the parade brings together residents, organizations, businesses, and visitors in a grand public celebration of everything Salem has been, is, and will become!

• Start: O’Keefe Center, 225 Canal St
• Route: Down Forest Avenue toward Lafayette Street
• Turn: Left onto Lafayette Street
• Continue: Along Lafayette Street to Derby Street intersection
• Final Turn: Right onto Derby Street
• Finish: Salem Maritime National Historical Park
